**Dangerous Goods is a classification for shipping carriers on all substances that have a relatively low “flash point”… the temperature at which it turns into a gas… which is still high for these oils but low enough for some carriers to prefer them to be shipped ground and not air. APO (military post offices) are not allowed to receive anything that is classified as a DG.
