CLASSES

There are no handouts on giving classes today, because you will be hearing about That Oil Show “Class in a Box” that is being made for you! WOO HOO, it’s so exciting! My talk focuses on Vendor Events, a little bit on social media, and a lot about Follow Up and converting new members into life-long customers.

Nurturing Customers & Leads

Whenever you get a new contact – be it a new customer, Brand Partner, or just someone who is interested but hasn’t bought yet… They need to go into a list that you are continually nurturing and building trust with. Don’t OVER communicate, but also don’t let them forget you. Send out 1-2 emails a month that gives them so much value, they are happy to see the email and want to open it. And, if you struggle coming up with ideas for email topics, you can use CHAT GPT to help you. Here is a video you can watch to learn how. And, in the handout download, there is a page that has 24 ideas for 2024 on email topics. Use this as a starting place, but get creative with CHATGPT and you’ll never run out of ideas!

Now, if you are brave (or I should say “when” you become brave enough), you could start a Youtube channel and make a little video for each one of these topics (I’d lean on the DIY ones for popularity) and then send the link of the video to your people. This will really earn their trust! The DIY recipes really get a lot of traction for me. People love to know how to make healthy face serum, natural mascara, natural lip balm… things like that which are cheaper to make than to buy, and you know they are toxin-free. Search Youtube for natural recipes!

Another thing I like to do to nurture my list and get myself in front of people, is that every quarter, I send out a physical postcard. I usually choose a large, odd shape that sticks out, and then let them know about upcoming classes, events, and specials. Here is an example of the card I sent out in December:
